On this National Day, Al-Hilal was one of the Saudi clubs to show its appreciation and happiness by releasing a video clip that was much praised.
Al-Hilal players, led by Brazilian football sensation Neymar da Silva Santos Junior, are shown dancing the Ardha while brandishing swords in a social media video. They are dressed in traditional Saudi garb, known as “Thobe,” and a headscarf, known as “shemagh.”

Karim Benzema, a Frenchman of Algerian descent who plays for Al Ittihad, shared a photo of himself on Instagram on Saturday. He was dressed in a white thobe and a bisht, which is a cloak worn over the thobe. In addition, he covered his head with a red and white Saudi shemagh.
