Joshua added to the speculation with a cryptic Instagram post featuring a photo of himself playing chess while on vacation. He captioned it, “The game is the game (black pawn emoji),” leaving fans to wonder if this hints at negotiations taking place behind the scenes.

Fury seems to be enjoying his retirement, recently breakfasting with Manchester United legend Sir Alex Ferguson. In a photo shared by Ring Magazine, the two were seen enjoying a variety of breakfast dishes, including Eggs Benedict and cups of tea. Fury, an outspoken Man United fan, has previously expressed his desire to fight at Old Trafford.
