REALITY MEETS DREAM: Jude Bellingham Explores £27m Luxury Mansions Next Door to Beckham and Ronaldo, Eyeing Dream Home with Pool, Cinema, and Wine Cellar 🏠✨

Jude Bellingham recently visited two £27 million luxury mansions in the exclusive La Moraleja neighborhood near Madrid, sparking speculation about potential purchases.

According to reports from Spanish outlet El Confidencial, one of the properties was intended for the Real Madrid star, while the other would provide accommodation for his mother, Denise, and the rest of his family during their visits to the city. This upscale area is also known for being home to former Real Madrid player David Beckham.

However, sources close to Bellingham have refuted claims that he purchased the homes, clarifying that he toured the properties but opted not to buy them.

The houses are part of “The Trilogy” project, featuring two completed mansions and a third one nearing completion, all of which are currently unoccupied.

Jude Bellingham has reportedly been house-hunting, visiting two luxury £27 million mansions situated next to each other in the same upscale neighborhood in Madrid.

Spanish website El Confidencial claimed Bellingham had purchased two of the three mansions but sources close to the footballer said the report was incorrect

Spanish website El Confidencial reported that Bellingham had purchased two of the three mansions; however, sources close to the footballer stated that this claim was inaccurate.

The reports claimed one was for Bellingham and the other for his mum Denise and family

The reports suggested that one mansion was intended for Bellingham, while the other would be for his mother, Denise, and their family.

The Trilogy project, developed by the Madrid-based firm Threeseven and designed by Valencia-based architects Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, features properties that go beyond conventional homes. According to the firm’s website, these luxury villas include amenities such as a gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, a cinema, and a wine cellar.

Additionally, the villas incorporate strategies and technologies aimed at reducing water consumption, enhancing efficiency through renewable energy, and ensuring high internal environmental quality.

The three homes, known as Villa Lavan, Villa Lago, and Villa 18, offer stunning views of La Moraleja’s prestigious golf course. El Confidencial reported that each house spans approximately 1,000 square meters, with gardens twice that size.

The 21-year-old England international, who signed a six-year contract with Real Madrid worth £220,000 a week in June 2023, has primarily been residing in a £5.5 million property in the gated community of La Finca, a 15-minute drive northwest of the city center in the affluent suburb of Pozuelo de Alarcon, where Cristiano Ronaldo also owns a mansion.

Bellingham is believed to be renting this property and shares it with his mother, who assists him with managing his schedule and other matters.

Recently, Spanish press reports have linked Bellingham romantically to Barcelona-born pop star Aitana, whose full name is Aitana Ocana Morales.

Sources close to the footballer denied the claims that Bellingham had purchased the mansions

Neither the footballer nor the singer has commented on the recent rumors.

The Beckhams acquired their previous home in La Moraleja in June 2005 from a French couple for £3 million. Nearly ten years later, they sold it to a wealthy Spanish entrepreneur who owned a plastic waste disposal firm for £4.2 million, shortly after moving out.

Before finding their dream home, Posh and Becks lived in rental properties. Their ideal residence featured an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a small football pitch, and a children’s play area. They invested £350,000 in refurbishing the five-bedroom house, set on two acres, after consulting a Feng Shui expert.

During their time there, police were called twice: once due to noise complaints from neighbors during Beckham’s 31st birthday party in May 2006, and again six months later when three Japanese journalists, misidentified as armed intruders, entered the grounds. At the time, Victoria and their youngest son, Cruz, who was just 19 months old, were inside the mansion.

A uniformed security guard drew his revolver on the journalists, fearing they were criminals, prompting six police cars to rush to the scene. The intruders were released after confirming their identities.

Beckham also offered to rent the property to ex-Real Madrid star Kaká when the Brazilian joined the club, but Kaká ultimately chose to move to La Finca instead.
