GARY NEVILLE has traded his successful football career for a thriving business empire.
Earlier today, the Manchester United icon and Sky Sports pundit revealed his latest venture, securing a role on the popular BBC show Dragons’ Den (a British reality business television series).

And his business acumen has now earned him a spot on Dragons’ Den.
However, becoming a Dragon is just the latest chapter in over a decade of shrewd decisions that have turned his business portfolio into a multi-million-pound empire.
Neville’s foray into business began in his early 20s with property development, and today he owns a chain of hotels and townhouses. His notable assets include Hotel Football, a luxury hotel overlooking Old Trafford, and the impressive Stock Exchange Hotel near Piccadilly Gardens.
He is also a key player in the £120million St Michael’s Project, which will feature apartments, hotels, offices, and a high-end restaurant in Manchester’s city center.
But Neville’s business ventures go far beyond property.
Alongside fellow members of the Class of ’92, he is a significant investor in League Two side Salford City.
In 2015, he founded Relentless, an investment company focused on Manchester-area ventures, and he also runs Zerum, a property and construction consultancy firm.
The name “Relentless” holds special meaning for Neville. On his website, he explained: “‘Relentless’ is my favourite word and sums up my approach to life, business, everything really.” He believes these principles are deeply embedded in his business operations.
Neville’s reach extends into show production as well. In 2017, he co-founded Buzz 16, a production company whose credits include shows like Soccerbox, The Overlap, and Class of 92: Full Time.
In February, he reportedly earned £200 million from the sale of his majority stake in the business, which he had been involved with until 2019. Prior to that, he was an investor in E3 Creative, a digital creative firm specializing in corporate strategy and online marketing.
Neville’s ventures also include hospitality management through GG Hospitality and education through the founding of University Academy 92. The academy, which opened in September 2019, offers a broader range of courses than traditional degrees and had 400 students registered as of last August.
