Legendary Chess Match Reimagined: Drake and J. Cole Channel Messi and Ronaldo in Epic Music Video Moment

In the brand-new music video for “First Person Shooter,” which was released on Wednesday, Drake and J. Cole competed against one another in basketball, table tennis, and chess.

The famous photo of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo playing chess was copied by the mixed-race hip-hop singers. Annie Leibovitz, who works for Louis Vuitton, captured the photo nine months ago.

Drake’s eighth studio album, For All the Dogs, including their joint No. 1 US Billboard Hot 100 song, which was released on October 6. The ages of the two men are 37 and 38, respectively.

Adonis Mahbed Graham, a co-founder of OVO Sound, drew this album cover at the age of five. It was behind the chess set on the wall.

Drake’s five-minute music video has already received nearly 500,000 views on YouTube. A lot of CGI is used in it.

First Person Shooter was directed by Gibson Hazard. He previously produced films for Lil Nas X, Metro Boomin, and Lil Uz² Vert.

Brian Baumgartner portrayed Kevin Malone in the NBC mockumentary sitcom The Office from 2005 until 2013. He was shown “managing” a room full of stupid people while playing a game on his computer at the start of the song video.

The CEO then called the 50-year-old Daytime Emmy winner. Drake was playing ping-pong with J. Cole in an office that had been converted into a field.

The Grammy winner displayed his hoop abilities while dressed as Spider-Man. As a shooting guard with the Scarborough Shooting Stars, that was his responsibility.
