Arsenal got a huge boost when their leader, Martin Odegaard, was seen back in training on Tuesday morning.

Odegaard hasn’t played for Arsenal since the September international break because he hurt himself while playing for Norway. They have had a hard time without him.

Mikel Arteta’s team has lost all three of their recent league games. On Saturday, they lost 1-0 at Newcastle and are now seven points behind leaders Liverpool.

But Odegaard might be able to play again when they play Inter Milan at San Siro on Wednesday night.

Odegaard joined the first team on Tuesday, and Arteta will probably talk about his captain’s fitness at his press conference later today.

Declan Rice wasn’t there at the start of Tuesday’s session, but his health isn’t thought to be a big problem.

Not present were Riccardo Calafiori, Takehiro Tomiyasu, or Kieran Tierney. All three were set to return after the November international break.

Odegaard, on the other hand, is seen as one of the most creative forces on the side and could help things turn around.

He is now back at a very important time in Arsenal’s season. Arteta’s team is also going to Chelsea on Sunday for a very important league game before the international break.
