A WHIZZING During a Europa League game, Jordan Henderson had to be pulled away from a teammate.
The former Liverpool star got into a fight with Bertrand Traoré, another great player for Ajax.
When the fight happened, the Dutch giants were ahead of Besiktas by a large margin.
Kian Fitz-Jim scored the first goal, and then Mika Godts and Kenneth Taylor made it 3-0.
Henderson, 34, was still not happy as he yelled at Traore, his teammate, and was pulled away by other Ajax stars.
From what I can tell, the midfielder didn’t like how the player fouled Besiktas midfielder Gedson Fernandes.
Henderson could still be seen yelling to himself in anger even after he had left.
After the incident, Ajax kept playing well, and Godts scored his second goal in the 73rd minute to seal the win.
With the new Europa League rules, the three points they got were very important.
With the 4-0 win, Ajax is now at the top of the table with the best goal advantage.
He cut short his time in Saudi Arabia and joined Ajax in January.
After leaving Liverpool, the English player moved to the Middle East and signed Al-Ettifaq in the summer of 2023.
The player didn’t stay long, though, as he went back to Europe during the next transfer window.
In the summer, Henderson was linked with a move away from Amsterdam.
He chose to stay, though, and is now captain of the club.
