The Real Deal (TRD) says Sergio Busquets bought a fancy $8.7 million home in Broward County so he could live in peace when he joined Inter Miami.
The midfielder chose a home north of Miami that had views of the ocean, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a three-car garage. The home was a 660-square-foot mansion in the town of Sea Ranch Lakes.
Renovation7 LLC, which is run by Beth and David Geduld, sold the 7,100-square-foot house to Busquets and his wife Ellen Galera. Beth Geduld, who designed the house, admitted that it had been sold but wouldn’t say anything about the buyer. She said it was the biggest sale ever in Sea Ranch Lakes, which is mostly a gated neighbourhood along a river.
The buyer said that the former Barcelona player should have made the sale last Friday, just one day before the game and League Cup final win over Nashville. That team, which Lionel Messi also played for, won the first title in Inter Miami’s history.
