A huge Lionel Messi fan couldn’t believe it when he met the Inter Miami star from his car window and got a kiss on the face from his hero.

In a video shared on social media, Messi, who just moved to Miami for a lot of money last month, can be seen waiting in traffic when the fan in question spots him and approaches him through the window of his car.

After rolling down the window, the Argentina captain shakes hands with the boy. The boy then leans in to try to get a kiss.

Messi does what the fan asks and kisses him on the cheek, which makes the fan very happy. The fan can be heard saying, “Te amo Messi” (I love you Messi) as he drives off.

Before getting a kiss from a player that many consider to be the best in football history, the fan looks like he’s about to cry and is shaking his head in shock at what just happened.

This summer, Messi fever has hit the United States. Last month, another fan kissed Miami’s new celebrity signing as he left a restaurant in the city.

Before it was official that he had been transferred, the 36-year-old tried to leave the Italian restaurant Cafe Prima Pasta in Miami Beach through the back door with his wife Antonella Roccuzzo, their three boys Mateo, Thiago, and Ciro, and what looked like his dad Jorge.

Messi didn’t seem too upset about what was going on and walked away to see his wife Antonela and their kids.
