Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has been on holiday with his family in Türkiye.

The Portuguese midfielder was not included in the 29-man Manchester United squad that travelled to the US to prepare for the new season. After representing Portugal at EURO 2024, Bruno Fernandes was given a long leave of absence by coach Erik ten Hag. He, his wife Ana Pinho and their two children enjoyed a holiday in Turkey.

The 29-year-old midfielder is expected to join up with the team after the US tour. He could be available for selection in the Community Shield against Premier League champions Manchester City on August 10
