That was Brazil’s first win at the Copa America 2024. They beat Paraguay easily in the second round of the group stage. With so many celebrities on the team, Coach Dorival Junior’s team was very strong, and it wasn’t a surprise that they won 3 points.

In the above win, Al Hilal’s star had to stay still because his juniors did so well. Vinicius stood out as the best of them. The two goals Vinicius scored against Paraguay were the only times fans saw Neymar’s emotional celebrations from the stands. This shows that the former Barcelona star still loves the ball and wants to help the national team.

Not only that, but Vinicius also reacted to his senior’s feelings with Neymar’s famous celebration. Afterward, the former PSG star shared this picture on his own Instagram page with the words “Congratulations for today” and a comparison to his party.

Vinicius then replied to his brother’s message in a clever way by calling Neymar “my idol.”
Going back to the above match, Brazil came out strong in the first few minutes, but the scoring didn’t really start until Vinicius scored the first goal in the 35th minute. The 23-year-old player scored two more in the first half. In the middle, Savio scored. At the start of the second half, Paraguay scored an equaliser, but Lucas Paqueta scored the game-winning goal, giving Brazil a 4-1 final score.

Even though Selecao has three points, they still have to come in second place in Group D because they are two points behind Colombia, which won all two of its games. These two teams will play each other in the first leg to decide who wins the group.
