Given that Mohamed Salah, the top player for Liverpool, debuted his new look while representing Egypt on the international stage, many are persuaded that Salah has had a hair transplant.
Last month, the 31-year-old shocked followers by sharing an Instagram picture of himself without his recognisable afro.

At first, supporters thought the Reds forward was just changing up his appearance, but after seeing photos of him leaving for a foreign assignment, they started to assume Salah had a hair transplant to prevent baldness.
They also seem to be optimistic that the alleged hair transplant will somehow result in better on-field results the next season.
‘This is crazy,’ one user wrote on X, formerly Twitter, before adding: ‘Bro is 26 again, we’re cooking.’

Because they believe Salah has had a hair transplant, Liverpool supporters may have made jokes about how good he will be the next season.
“Premier League isn’t ready for hair transplant Salah,” another person remarked. Adding, “The Prem isn’t ready for hair transplant Salah next season,” a third person echoed those remarks.
Another Liverpool fan said, “Salah has finally had his much-anticipated hair transplant.”
Whether he gets a hair transplant or not, Salah will want to raise his game in the 2023–24 season.
In spite of the criticism directed at him, the Reds star contributed 28 goals in 32 games to end the Premier League season.
In 44 appearances across all competitions, that total increased to 39 contributions.
Salah’s contract at Anfield is slated to end in 2025, thus speculation about the Egyptian’s future at the Merseyside club is growing.
The 31-year-old was pursued last summer and has been connected to a mega-money move to Saudi Arabia.
Supporters to took to social media to share their opinions following Salah’s new look
Entering the last year of his Anfield contract, the forward’s future at Liverpool is in doubt.
Nevertheless, Salah hinted strongly on social media last month that he might remain at the club.
“We know that trophies are what count,” Salah said, adding that “we will do everything in our power to make that happen next season.” We will battle like crazy because our fans deserve it.
