Following his eight and a half years in charge and their season-ending victory over Wolves, Jurgen Klopp bid farewell to the Liverpool team with a post-season celebration.
After years of turmoil, German strategist Jurgen Klopp restored Liverpool FC’s premier status before leaving the Merseyside club. In the 2-0 victory over the Wolves, he made his final appearance as the LFC coach. In a career spanning from 2015 to 2024, he played 305 games.

At an end-of-season party, the club gave him a proper send-off after his final appearance, as he danced to the rap of former player and manager John Barnes.
The Liverpool star was seen joining Barnes on stage for the “Anfield Rap” and shaking his leg in a video that was shared on social media. For nearly the whole performance, the German dancer showcased his moves on stage, and it wasn’t his only appearance.
As Tina Turner’s “The Best” was performed in honor of the great, Klopp was joined on stage by coaches. Songs from the nighttime celebrations were played at the Titanic Hotel party, and a sit-down dinner was served following the party portion of the evening.
Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz, two forwards for Liverpool, were in a festive mood at their season-ending celebration, just hours after appearing incredibly dejected during Jurgen Klopp’s final guard of honor.
In his farewell address, Klopp remarked, “Obviously, I saw a lot of people crying. That will happen to me tonight because I will miss people, that’s clear.”
Liverpool won the Premier League twice under his coaching, the FA Cup once, the EFL Cup twice, the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA World Cup once apiece.
