Real Madrid seemed to have struck gold with Kylian Mbappe’s acquisition this time around, after years of futile attempts.
The Frenchman has already told PSG that he wants to leave the team, and he is rumored to have an agreement in place with the team of his dreams, even though there has been no formal announcement of the arrangement as of yet.
The Real Madrid great Sergio Ramos was one of the many elements that influenced his choice. After all, Mbappe and the previous captain were teammates at PSG, and the captain helped him with his transfer to Spain.
More than a manual
Ramos did play a significant role in paving Mbappe’s route to Madrid, but Voz Populi now claims that the former defender is also assisting the teenager with locating a home.
In reality, Mbappe and Ramos are currently negotiating the sale of the club legend’s opulent La Moraleja home, which served as his primary Madrid residence.
The house is far more valuable than other homes in the neighborhood, with an estimated worth of €18 million.
The same source states that Ramos had no intention of selling his diamond in La Moraleja, but he was persuaded to do so by advances from Mbappe’s group.
Negotiations are currently taking place through direct communication between Ramos’ brother Rene and Mbappe’s mother and agent, Fayza Lamari.
From the Frenchman’s perspective, the property is the ideal investment because it satisfies all of his security and comfort requirements.
A deal was struck.
The media outlet goes on to say that Mbappe and Ramos only came to an agreement on the real estate deal within the last two weeks.
The agreement will only be finalized once Mbappe’s transfer to Real Madrid is formally confirmed, though, and is contingent on his arrival.
The purchase of Mbappe is presently on hold and will be revealed following PSG’s elimination from the UEFA Champions League.
