Old Trafford is a historic and iconic football stadium in England, however it has been in disrepair for many years, and the roofs have been leasing for many years. The current Old Trafford Stadium cannot be compared to the new stadiums of Manchester City or Tottenham.

After the American owners of the Falcon family made an offer to sell MU Club, Old Trafford was included in the plan with a rebuilding project valued at up to 1.5 billion pounds. However, this agreement to buy the company’s ownership failed when the Glazer family decided to sell 25% of the company to British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe rather than sell the team to Bloomberg (which would have brought in around 6 billion pounds).
