At home against Turkiye, Szoboszlai’s penalty kick in the 48th minute ended the game and gave his country a 1-0 victory.

The Liverpool midfielder scored from 12 yards out, finding the bottom left corner of the net, extending Hungary’s unbeaten run to 13 games.

In addition to playing a key role in Virgil van Dijk’s team’s clean sheet in center defense, Gakpo helped the Netherlands defeat Andy Robertson’s Scotland 4-0.

In the amicable triumph in Amsterdam, Gakpo netted goals for Tijani Reijnders and Georginio Wijnaldum.

In a different match, Diaz helped Colombia defeat Spain 1-0 in London. Daniel Munoz scored the game-winning goal in the second half after Diaz produced an incredible solo run and cross from the left wing.

In a 1-1 draw with Romania in Bucharest, Conor Bradley played the entire match for Northern Ireland and earned minutes.

With two goals during the day, Harvey Elliott helped the England U21s to a comfortable 5-1 victory.

Twenty-five minutes into the Young Lions’ U21 European Championship away match against Azerbaijan, the Liverpool midfielder opened the score.

Elliott received a cross from Reds teammate Tyler Morton, who is on loan, and evaded the offside trap at the back post to finish beyond the goalkeeper.
