Andre Onana – 6

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐫 on X: "Andre Onana appreciation tweet 👏🏼 He has been rightly criticised for some of his performances this season but he has really stepped up in recent games https://t.co/y6pBAjC66c" / X

It would be a bit harsh to blame him for any of the goals conceded, two of which came from a deflection. Made some good saves.

Diogo Dalot – 5

It was too easy for Liverpool to get down his flank. They seemed to have pinpointed him as a weak spot.

Victor Lindelof – 6

Remarkably maintained his position ahead of the fit again Harry Maguire, who you had to imagine would have fared better given the late turmoil that erupted in the first half. halfway through the second half, Maguire entered and switched to full-back.

Raphael Varane – 6

For all his experience he just does not do enough to organise the back four. Looks like he is seeing out his time at Old Trafford.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – 8

Back from injury and picked in the left back spot. Showed what United have been missing in terms of his link up play with the midfield and attack.

Scott McTominay – 8

United’s best player on the pitch. Getting stuck in all over the park and showing his goalscoring instinct to nab his ninth of the season.

Kobbie Mainoo – 7

Right that Gareth Southgate gives him more time to shine before picking him for England. But a brilliant piece of skill as he skirted past two Liverpool players to help set up a first half chance again showcased his talent.

Alejandro Garnacho – 7

Once again United’s most dangerous player on the pitch. Speed, trickery, an eye for a shot and fierce determination. Very good first half, and drove forward to force the chance that Antony took for the equaliser in the second.

Bruno Fernandes – 5

He simply should not go down under that challenge from Joe Gomez which lead to Liverpool’s second goal. He moaned his way into the referee’s book because of it and could have gone off with a second yellow after a foul on Szoboszlai. A peripheral figure.

Marcus Rashford – 7

Image

What a swing of emotions. Having missed the chance to win the game in the last moment of normal time he kept his head up to grab the equaliser.

Rasmus Hojlund – 5

Man Utd fightback ends Liverpool's quadruple quest in FA Cup classic - The Namibian

A bit rusty after four games out. Didn’t get a chance in front of goal and subbed for Antony.

SUBS

Antony (for Hojlund 71) – 7

What a much needed moment this was for him. Just a sub again but came on and got the equaliser three minutes from time.

Harry Maguire (for Wan-Bissaka 71) – 7

Looked a steady presence when he came on.

Christian Eriksen (for Mainoo 80) – 6

Strange decision this one as Mainoo was having a good game.

Amad Diallo (for Varane 85) – 8

Very unlucky to be sent off for a second yellow for taking his shirt of after scoring.

Mason Mount (for Lindelof 105) – 6

On for his first action since November but did not influence proceedings.
