Travis Kelce encountered a very special guest at Justin Timberlake’s event.
vKelce, 34, was seen at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Wednesday, March 13, when Timberlake, 43, surprised his former ‘NSync bandmates — Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick — with a performance of their song “Paradise.”
Kelce was happy in photos shared by Kirkpatrick’s wife, Karlyn Skladany, with him posing with the couple’s 6-year-old son, Nash. “Something big happened tonight,” Skladany captioned an Instagram Story on Wednesday, which featured Kelce with one arm draped across Nash’s shoulders.
Kelce has a long history with Timberlake, who reportedly admitted to being knocked down by the athlete during a Las Vegas golf tournament.
“He went up and did one of those [side body bumps], you know, when they jump,” Timberlake explained on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon in January. I said, ‘He’s doing it.'” I need to do it. And I forgot he weighed around 80 pounds more than me.

Timberlake claimed that his neck was stiff for “about a week” after the incident with Kelce, adding, “[People were like,] ‘What happened to you?'” Travis Kelce. He’s the best, by the way. “[One of the] nicest guys ever.”
Kelce was in for a treat at Wednesday’s event, as he witnessed ‘NSync perform together for the first time in almost a decade.
The boy band formed in 1995 and soared to prominence with singles such as “Bye Bye Bye” and “Tearin Up My Heart.” In 2007, Bass announced that the three had split up to pursue individual careers.Travis Kelce Poses With NSync’s Chris Kirkpatrick Son during Justin Timberlake Concert
‘NSync has subsequently recorded numerous new songs, including “Better Place” from the third Trolls film. Bass exclusively revealed their planned collaboration in an interview with Us Weekly earlier this month.
“The song is called ‘Paradise.’ We recorded it a while back and have been sitting on it. “This is a difficult secret to keep,” he explained. “I’m so glad [Justin] confirmed it because it’s like, ‘OK, I can talk about ‘Paradise.'”
Bass noted that the new single has become one of his “favourite songs we’ve ever recorded together.”Travis Kelce Poses With NSync’s Chris Kirkpatrick Son at Justin Timberlake Concert 4
“When my mother first heard it, she cried. I definitely shed some tears. And I’ve heard Justin’s entire record, and it’s incredible, so I’m honoured to be able to include a ‘NSync song on this new album, which I believe will be a terrific, big album,” he continued. “Fans will be very happy. It’s extremely ‘NSync. Everyone usually comments, “Well, the Trolls song did not sound like ‘NSync.'” Okay, this is for a movie. But on this one, I think fans will notice the ‘NSync sound because it’s all about the harmonies.”
Bass also mentioned the band perhaps reuniting for something more official.
“We’re definitely open to everything right now, so we’ll see where it leads,” he said. “Right now, we just want to focus on Justin’s album and tour. Let him get through that, because it will be extremely difficult. So right now, all we want to do is show him our full support. And then we’ll see what happens next, but the future looks extremely promising.”
