Jude Bellingham missed all the excitement when Real Madrid defeated Celta 4-0 at the Bernabeu on Sunday; the Englishman was sent off against Valencia the previous weekend, so he had to watch the match from the stands.

After his stoppage-time goal was incorrectly disallowed, the player got a two-game penalty for dropping the f-bomb; a double appeal regarding his red card didn’t help the situation either.

A huge banner bearing the words “Hey, Jude, madridismo is with you” was flown by Madridistas before the game in a touching show of support.

Jude posted a thank-you message on social media after being moved by the fans’ support.

His post said, “My club, thank you for the love.”

The midfield player will be back in action on March 31 when Los Blancos play Athletic Bilbao following the international break.
