Inside the luxurious £18 million home of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard – boasting six bedrooms, a pool, and its own cinema – a stark contrast to his childhood home in Liverpool

It’s a long way from his childhood Liverpool terrace.

Steven Gerrard’s new property, which is tucked away in a posh area of Beverly Hills and features a cinema, pool, six bedrooms, and its own waterfall, demonstrates just how far the actor has come. The father of three, who was just signed to the LA Galaxy, where his former teammate David Beckham previously played, went to the city with his wife Alex, children Lilly-Ella, Lexie, and Lourdes.

The 12,000 square foot property, valued at £18 million, is a far cry from the £77, 000 Bluebell Estate house where Gerrard was up.

Despite accepting a pay cut to join LA Galaxy, the star can still afford the £35,000 monthly rent.

He supposedly makes £76,000 a week from the contract, as opposed to £140,000 from Liverpool.

Frank Sinatra famously called his new neighbourhood, which is yards from where Elvis Presley resided, home. Jane Fonda, who is 77, is one of his neighbours.

Mrs. Gerrard stated, “House hunting has been really hard,” while looking for a place to live in the neighbourhood earlier this year. The homes are breathtakingly gorgeous. If only I could locate one that I disliked. As soon as you enter, you say to yourself, “Wow, this is amazing.”

After playing for Liverpool for 17 years and starting more than 500 games, Gerrard announced his retirement from the team in January and joined Galaxy.

He previously remarked, “I have a wonderful relationship with them all and I’ll stay in touch, see them all in the winter and support the team – I’ll be looking in from afar and watching every Liverpool game that’s shown live out here,” expressing his unwavering affection for the team he played 20 years ago.
