Reports state that early on Tuesday morning, while the two were out in Australia, Taylor Swift’s father allegedly gave a member of the paparazzi a hard shove.
According to News.com.au, the megastar’s father, Scott Swift, has been charged with assaulting a photographer at Sydney’s ferry wharves while the singer of “All Too Well” was getting off a boat.
A New South Wales police spokeswoman told the outlet that while the local police did not confirm that the guy was the singer’s father, they stated that a 71-year-old man had reportedly assaulted a 51-year-old male near Neutral Bay Wharf at around 2:30 in the morning.

He told the press, “I was just out on the job chasing Taylor.”
“She disembarked from a superyacht at Neutral Bay and approached the dock while surrounded by a few security [guards] and an umbrella over her head. The umbrellas were used by security to kind of push us about. Then her father made the decision to enter the fray and deliver a blоw.
