MANCHESTER UNiTED winger Antony is seen fighting back tears as he talks about going through “a lot of hardship” in a trailer for an upcoming series about his life.

The Brazilian joined the Red Devils from Ajax for £85.5million 12 months ago.

The winger got emotional when talking about his hometown

Antony, a 23-year-old Brazilian, began his career in Sao Paulo before moving to Ajax in 2020.

The upcoming two-part film “it All Starts With a Dream” features Antony crying while recalling his early years in what looks to be his old neighborhood.

He has previously talked about growing up in Sao Paulo’s notorious inferninho district, also referred to as “little hell,” where drug sales and murders were frequent occurrences.

“A boy who went through a lot of hardship.”

Talking about his hometown, he added through tears: “i will carry this place here, for the rest of my life.”

In the brief video, he is seen visiting neighborhood children and performing his famous spin skill.
