They join the syndicate that Otro Capital established, having spent $200 million (£165 million) for a 24 percent stake in Alpine in June. Actors Reynolds, McElhenney, and Michael B. Jordan were part of the original agreement, and they are all involved in British football at Wrexham and Bournemouth. Star players Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs have also invested.
