NEW WINGS: Trent Alexander-Arnold has been named an adidas player, and he will be sporting the Predator

Trent Alexander-Arnold, a Liverpool star, recently announced his return to adidas with a bang, scoring the equaliser in the next generation Predator versus Manchester City. To discover more about the transfer, we chatted with the athlete.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is having a career-defining campaign. Not only has he adapted to the new hybrid role created at the end of the previous season and increased his creative influence over Liverpool’s most recent title challenge, but he has also switched to adidas, leaving Under Armour and joining fellow Englishman Jude Bellingham as one of the faces of the Predator franchise. Furthermore, Trent and the Predator are already a perfect combination in their eyes. The innate skill of the defender-turned-midfielder is flawlessly emphasised by the silo’s control and accuracy features.

And what a way to make your debut as the newest player to sign with adidas and as a Predator—bombing the ball into the bottom corner from just inside the area to take a point off a pitch that hasn’t produced a point for any of the other visitors—too. Furthermore, it was done in a one-of-a-kind boot designed specifically for the player and the event, with red accents on a white base referring to his club colours. There’s also the returning tongue, which has fans all across the world salivating awaiting the next generation drop.

There’s a lot to process here, so we took advantage of his hectic schedule to talk about his transition to adidas and his decision to go with the Predator.
