One Manchester United fan was taken aback by Alejandro Garnacho’s incredible overhead kick goal against Everton.
Young Man United supporter breaks down in tears following Alejandro Garnacho’s overhead kick against Everton.
Garnacho scored the opening goal at Goodison Park with a breathtaking acrobatic strike, blasting Diogo Dalot’s cross beyond Jordan Pickford.
After mimicking Cristiano Ronaldo’s exploits for Real Madrid against Juventus, he honoured his hero by performing two goal celebrations.
Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial scored after Garnacho’s contender for season-long goal, extending United’s incredible winning run in the Premier League.
A few young supporters were brought to tears by Garnacho’s incredible gesture outside Carrington on Monday, the first day of training for the United squad.
Large United George asked the Argentine to sign a photo of his amazing goal, telling him it was the best he’s “ever seen” and better than Wayne Rooney’s 2011 goal against Manchester United.
Garnacho wasn’t positive, but after signing the paper, he had a fantastic birthday surprise for the young man.
Then the 19-year-old presented him the Nike Mercurial Vapour 15 Dream Speed 7 boots, after which Ronaldo had modelled his play the day before when he scored his greatest goal to date.
George was overjoyed and thanked Garnacho immediately. When he was asked to sign the cleats, the winger was already one step ahead of him.
He had signed the boots and written a special message on the box that said, “For my friend George with love, happy birthday.”
The tiny child, overcome with happiness, exclaimed that United’s No. 17 is “the best in the world.”
Garnacho pays George and his brother Harry frequent visits. He handed them shirts back in September that had his new number on the back.
