THREE things spotted in Arsenal training for Wolves clɑsh – Ben White shows off ‘NEW’ look; Saka mocked Kai Havertz

Arsenal will be aiming to go four points clear at the top of the Premier League table this weekend when they welcome Wolves to Emirates Stadium. The Gunners are unbeaten on home soil in the 2023/24 season and another victory will take them further clear of Manchester City and Liverpool albeit for what could be just 24 hours.

The bulk of the squad likely took part in a recovery session on Thursday with an intense morning at London Colney the following day ahead of Saturday’s fixture.

So, with that in mind, we has rounded up everything spotted from Arsenal training ahead of facing Wolves in the Premier League.

New look of Ben White

Ben White, who Arsenal hopes to sign a new contract with in North London, suffered a muscle injury that prevented him from playing in the match against Burnley before the international break. He then made substitute appearances in the team’s victories against Brentford and RC Lens.

The 26-year-old was photographed during training without a bib, despite several other children having orange bibs on, which could indicate he will be named in the starting lineup.
Declan Rice and Kai Havertz were others spotted not wearing bibs with the midfield duo likely to start again this weekend.

Havertz embarrassed by Saka

On Wednesday evening, Bukayo Saka was spotted jokingly doing Kai Havertz’s celebration after the 6-0 win against RC Lens and the Hale End graduate looks to have got another one over the Germany international.

In training, Havertz was captured pressing Saka but the England international had already moved possession on and judging by the position of Havertz’s legs it looked to have been played through his legs. Earlier this week, Arteta got involved in a training drill and was able to do that same action to Martin Odegarad and it looks entirely possible that feat was repeated by Saka on Havertz.

New Gabriel partner in crime

Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes has previously been spotted getting close with the likes of William Saliba and Declan Rice, but now it looks as though he has a new partner in crime.

From the images posted to Arsenal’s latest training gallery, Saka and Gabriel were pictured in a very close proximity smiling at each other with the latter placing his hands on Saka’s shoulders.
