After the brawl between supporters and police at the Maracana Stadium, Lionel Messi, Rodrigo De Paul, and Rodrygo of Brazil engaged into a heated altercation on the field. 

Due to brawls between Argentine and Brazilian fans in the stands, the game was delayed by over thirty minutes. The had to be broken up by the police.  

Some were removing the seats off stadium chairs and using them.

At the Maracana, Messi had to force the Argentine squad off the field until the match was finished.

What the three of them stated at the beginning of the are unclear, as is the crowd seated in the chairs.

The winner of the Ballon d’Or and his girlfriend De Paul were visibly furious with Rodrygo.  

After the first three players came together, other players from both sides intervened to prevent the situation from going worse. Before the other player left, he was observed placing his hand on the back of his opponent’s neck.

In Spain, Rodrigo plays for Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, as does Rodrigo De Paul. They both hail from the same metropolis. 

Argentina defeated Brazil 1-0, and the celebration was marred by violent scenes with fans fighting with police, throwing seats, and leaving supporters injured after being hit with batons, delaying the start of play.

Messi left to play for Inter Miami in Major League Soccer during the summer, but his importance to the Argentine national team has not diminished. 

This friendly match served as a World Cup qualification and was held in Rio de Janeiro. The sole objective of the second half was scored by Nicolas Otamendi.
