Real Madrid is overjoyed to have signed Endrick Felipe, widely regarded as one of the world’s top young players. The two teams reached an agreement in December 2022, and he is set to leave Palmeiras following summer.
Endrick was signed by Real Madrid, not Barcelona. According to Fabrizio Romano (via CaughtOffside), two other European powerhouses were also interested in signing the 17-year-old. To give him and his family a taste of what it would have been like to play for the Premier League giants, Chelsea extended an invitation to visit London. Real Madrid was always the desired destination for Brazilian international Endrick, while Paris Saint-Germain was also interested in signing him.
Real Madrid fans can hardly wait for Endrick to arrive. His age won’t stop club officials from promoting him to the first squad in the hopes that he can emulate Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior.
