She has been friends with the curly-haired beauty since high school. She even devoted her 2009 hit song, Fifteen, to the years they spent together in college.
At her closest friend Abigail Anderson’s wedding on Saturday, which took place at the breathtaking Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts, it makes natural that Taylor Swift was the life of the party.
Taylor Swift stole the show at her best friend Abigail Anderson’s wedding in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, on Saturday because she had to be there.
Taylor’s floor-length gown, which hugged her slender body and fell into a soft A-line skirt, looked lovely. It cut into a traditional sweetheart neckline.
To round off the elegant look, Taylor accessorized with loose curls, a subtle smoky eye, and a bright white lipstick that matched her dress.
In contrast, Abigail’s off-white and pastel pink bridal gown was the star of the show. The dress embraced her slender frame with a delicate white lace pattern and a gorgeous sweetheart neckline devoid of straps.
The bridal dress grew into a stunning fishnet bottom composed of bright pink tulle in order to create a bigger impression. Taylor had to assist her in carrying the whole skirt.
Abigail finished off her appearance with a sophisticated curled updo, a bouquet of pink and maroon flowers, and a long cream veil embellished with matching lace blossoms.
Attending the wedding were Taylor and her mother Andrea, who have known the bride’s mother since elementary school. Taylor looked elegant with a black dress that reached her knees and a shawl that matched.
Taylor attended the wedding in spite of her hectic schedule, having just helped Hurricane Harvey victims. “Look What You Made Me Do,” her new single, has already become a major hit, peaking at number one on the UK chart in its first week of release.
Controversy has erupted over the song and video, which are said to poke fun at Tom Hiddleston, Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, and Kanye West.
This song serves as the lead single from Taylor’s upcoming sixth studio album, Reputation, which is scheduled for release on November 10.
Despite the lighthearted nature of the song, Taylor has already contributed a substantial amount to the Houston Food Bank in order to assist the Hurricane Harvey victims.
Taylor attended the University of Houston in honor of her mother’s alma institution, while over 30,000 people were seeking refuge in Texas and Louisiana as a result of floods brought on by the largest rainstorm in US history in Houston.
The Houston Food Bank thanked Taylor and everyone else who helped to restore their neighborhood on Facebook.
Jennifer Lawrence’s bitter rival Kim Kardashian and her family, along with Sandra Bullock, Ellen DeGeneres, and Leonardo DiCaprio, also gave $500k to charity.
