Real Madrid Boss Shares Jude Bellingham’s Injury Status Following a Dominant 5-1 Victory Against Valencia

Many those who doubted Real Madrid’s ability to win without Jude Bellingham have been silenced. They beat SC Braga 3-0 on Wednesday and Valencia 5-1 on Saturday despite the Englishman’s injury. Interestingly, in the last two games, both Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo have improved their performances.

Fans of Real Madrid, however, are eager to see Bellingham make his return to the field as soon as possible. Without a shadow of a doubt, he has been the best player for the club this year, if not the finest player in the world. Transfermarkt reports that in 14 games this season he has scored 13 goals and sent out 3 assists.

Bellingham’s injury does not appear to be too significant, so he should be OK to return after the international break. However, the England national team will evaluate him.

In his postgame press conference, Carlo Ancelotti addressed Bellingham’s injury, as reported by ESPN:

England will evaluate him.

He can’t play for the national team if he didn’t play today. On his shoulder, he plans to focus his efforts. After the interval he may play again.”

Do you think Ancelotti has to make any adjustments to his system to get the most out of Bellingham, Vinicius, and Rodrygo? The play of the Brazilian combo in the previous two games has sparked this discussion.

The 5-1 victory over Valencia that Real Madrid is coming off of was one of their finest of the season. Later this month, we’ll be back in action with road games against Cadiz and Napoli at Santiago Bernabeu. Bellingham should be ready to go for Los Blancos in their next La Liga encounter, if not against the Italian champs.
