After LeBron James became the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, Nike finally released their highly anticipated collaboration collection with Liverpool Football Club.

LeBron James became an NBA superstar as he broke the league’s all-time scoring record, which was previewed in part by the release of their long-awaited collaborative effort. Nike was able to beat out New Balance for the Liverpool deal thanks to the company’s formidable marketing resources, global reach, and influence, and the endorsements of prominent athletes like LeBron James. Now that his efforts are paying off, NBA superstar LeBron James can celebrate alongside Liverpool Football Club as the whole LFC x LeBron collection is released.

In addition to the signature shirt that has already been shown off, the collection also include a classic basketball jersey, tees, a hoodie, and shorts. The shirt has red pinstripes on a black background, and the club’s famous motto “YNWA” (You’ll Never Walk Alone) is woven into LeBron’s “SFG” (Strive For Greatness). The Nike Swoosh is featured on the right chest, while the classic Liverpool FC emblem is shown on the left. LeBron’s own emblem is used in the sponsor area, making this a really one-of-a-kind partnership.

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson had this to say about the partnership: “I’m a big fan of LeBron and all he’s achieved to become one of the best basketball players in history. The partnership with LFC is amazing, and we’re happy to be a part of it.
