UNO teams up with Nike and Giannis Antetokounmpo to launch a unique collection

This season, Giannis Antetokounmpo and his Milwaukee Bucks are hunting for their second championship ring. And to win the final, he will add “spice” to his footwear and apparel portfolio through a new collaboration with one of the world’s most loved card games: UNO

The Mattel-made product is currently in the midst of celebrating its 50th anniversary, and now it’s time for it to apply its colorful nature to Nike’s signature line including the Zoom Freak 3, Air Force 1 Low, Offline sandals with matching outfits. “I want every product to be practical, and playing UNO with my brothers is an important part of our lives,” said Antetokounmpo. The Nike team did an amazing job bringing my ideas to life and I think they created something for every Nike, UNO and basketball fan in this collection.”

For the perennial All-Star footwear category, UNO’s signature appears on five iterations of the Zoom Freak 3. The first four all feature vibrant soles and accents that mimic the colors of the actual card, while the fifth option features a special black colorway emblazoned with the UNO 50th anniversary logo on the tongue and wildcards on the toe box.

Nike apparel also joins the collaboration including a t-shirt and terrycloth hat that both feature Antetokounmpo’s jersey number in tag form. Additionally, a special Giannis-branded UNO deck of cards will also be brought to life and it will include a new rule. The deck will be available on Mattel Creations and NTWRK on November 11.
