The Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo Duo Set a Debut Date, Going Head-to-Head Against LeBron James and Anthony Davis

Milwaukee Bucks will introduce both Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo after two games of “reserving” this superstar duo on the bench in the NBA preseason series.

Many pre-season friendly matches (NBA Preseason) took place this week, but the recently announced transfer blockbuster, Damian Lillard, has not yet debuted his new shirt.

Damian Lillard was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks in a three-way blockbuster deal between the Bucks, Phoenix Suns and Portland Trail Blazers.

Besides Lillard to the Bucks, some notable names who changed colors are big man DeAndre Ayton (from Suns to Blazers) and All-Star guard Jrue Holiday (from Bucks to Blazers and traded to Celtics).

This blockbuster excited many fans, including fans of the Milwaukee football team and neutral fans. They can’t wait to see what the Giannis – Dame duo will do in real combat.

So far through two preseason games, both Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo have yet to play. However, fans won’t have to wait long as these two stars have finalized their debut date.

Milwaukee Bucks head coach Adrian Griffin said Giannis and Lillard will play in the next preseason match, taking place Monday morning (October 16) Vietnam time. The Bucks’ opponent is the Los Angeles Lakers, creating a very notable rivalry with Anthony Davis and LeBron James.

“ We want to see both of them test themselves in a real combat environment. I know the fans are eager to see them (Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo – Reporter) play, but getting them both on the court is a process with many steps and we don’t want to rush it,” Milwaukee Bucks captain share.

Anthony Davis and LeBron James will be high-dose reagents for the debut of the duo Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard

Although they have not played any official matches (they were on the same team at NBA All-Star), the duo of Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo have been practicing together for many days.

Dame added that because of his poor physical condition, he agreed with the coaching staff that he would not play in the preseason early. Instead, he wants to wait until his body is in the best condition before playing.

As for Giannis, the Greek superstar is also a perfectionist because he just went on the operating table to completely treat his knee injury in the summer.
