The 2021 NBA championship winner, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, is voted the best player in the league by the experts who make up the NBA rank panel.
The reigning MVP of the last season, Joel Embiid, of the Philadelphia 76ers, is ranked third in the final standings, with reigning Finals MVP Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic taking the second place.
After leading the Milwaukee Bucks to their most successful record in the NBA last year, Giannis has successfully achieved his top status on ESPN’s rating.
His average is 30 points, 5 assists, and 10 rebounds.
With an incredible average of 30 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 9.5 assists per game, Jokic of the Nuggets took the second spot. After Embiid, we see Luka Doncic, the four-time NBA All-Star. He is also touted as one of the best defensive players currently in the league.
After Luka, the fifth spot is taken by one of the greatest game-changers Stephen Curry. The four-time NBA champion and nine-time All-Star, Curry of the Golden State Warriors led the NBA in 3-pointers. Curry’s average is 32.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game.
After Curry, the Boston Celtics’ four-time NBA All-Star Jayson Tatum is listed in sixth position overall. After Tatum, the Phoenix Suns’ thirteen-time NBA All-Star Kevin Durant follows.
Following Durant is Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder, who had a remarkable tournament and helped the Canada team win a medal. He is in position eight.
James LeBron, the NBA record-holder, sits in ninth place, followed by Anthony Davis in tenth, two of the best players to ever play in the league.
