Jurrien Timber’s brother could become Arsenal’s rival after attracting interest from 4 EPL giants

ARSENAL star Jurrien Timber’s twin brother Quinten is being chased by a gaggle of Premier League clubs, according to reports.

Quinten, meantime, has been a member of Feyenoord since 2022, a fierce rival of Ajax.

Numerous elite teams in Europe are interested in the 22-year-old due to his outstanding start to the season for Arne Slot’s team.

Manchester United is one of the teams interested in signing the midfielder, according to 90min.

Erik ten Hag, who worked with his brother Jurrien at Ajax, sought to sign the full-back before Arsenal outbid him.

Quinten is reportedly the subject of interest from Liverpool, Manchester City, and Tottenham in addition to the Red Devils.

His efforts for Feyenoord this season are thought to have pleased Arsenal scouts.

Should they pursue their interest, the Gunners could look to Jurrien to convince his sibling to join.

Quinten has previously spoken of his desire to play with his brother in the professional ranks.

He said: “Yes, for sure. In the future, of course. It would be nice to be able to take such a step.

“But that, of course, starts today at Feyenoord. This season, I want to show beautiful things. And we will see what the future brings. But that would certainly be nice, yes.”

Monaco, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and Napoli are also claimed to be interested in Quinten.

As recently as last season, the two brothers still shared a bedroom at their mum’s house.

Quinten told the New York Times in March that he had been preparing to leave: “We’ve lived together our entire lives.” It will be strange.

In seven league games this season, the Feyenoord star has one goal and three assists.

He assisted his team in last season’s Eredivisie championship.

In the meantime, Jurrien, who suffered a catastrophic knee injury against Nottingham Forest in Arsenal’s opening Premier League game of the season, is expected to spend a significant amount of time on the sidelines.
