We can go back in time to 2003 and find out that LeBron was picked by his neighborhood team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, as the first pick in the NBA draft. LeBron won the NBA Rookie of the Year Award in his very first season, making him the youngest player in NBA history to do so.

With help from the National Library of Medicine, Total Shape put together a breakdown of the NBA star’s workout routine.

Total Shape says that LeBron likes HIIT, which stands for high-intensity interval exercise. Along with strength training, Tonal said in an interview with LeBron in October 2022 that building endurance is also a big part of his practice.

“It’s like getting up.” Like when you brush your teeth. LeBron told Tonal, “It’s like not leaving your phone at home when you leave.” “I haven’t thought about doing something like strength training or finding a way to improve my body in order to be as great as I can be in a long time.”

The NBA player also said, “When it comes to strength training, Tonal is the best.” In the sense that everything is right there, it’s easy. Everything you need is right in front of you, so you don’t have to walk across the room to get to different tools or rack weights.

He thinks that doing exercise to warm up is a good idea.

LeBron might do 20 minutes of yoga to cool down after a workout.

Before, LeBron talked about how great yoga was for him, telling Cleveland.com, “Yoga isn’t just about the body, it’s also about the mind, and it’s a technique that has really helped me.” You do need to pay attention because some poses can be very dangerous if you aren’t paying attention and breathing right.

That’s not all the “fitspiration”! There are chin-ups, barbell bent-over rows, and grip pull-ups that the NBA star does to work out his arms, back, and trapezius. For strength training, he does a lot of exercise, like pull-ups, dumbbell bench presses, overhead single-arm presses, and leg curls.
