Declaring Vinícius Júnior the “best in the world,” Jude Bellingham lauded his relationship with the forward after the two scored goals in Real Madrid’s 3-2 Champions League victory over Napoli on Tuesday.
The England international helped Vinicius tie the score at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium after Leo Ostigard had given the home team the lead. Just before halftime, Bellingham gave Madrid a 2-1 lead with an incredible solo performance.

Madrid took the lead in Group C after Piotr Zielinski’s penalty kick made it 2-2. Later, Federico Valverde’s effort deflected off goalie Alex Meret and into the net, giving Madrid the three points.
When asked about his growing relationship with Vinicius, Bellingham told Movistar, “He’s probably the best in the world for me.” “He’s among the best players I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing with.”
As of right moment, Bellingham has eight goals across nine Real Madrid games across all competitions.
“I think I can do it, but I didn’t realize it would be this good,” he remarked. “My teammates and the staff deserve it.”
Bellingham’s goal, in which he picked up the ball just inside the opponent half and then went on a brilliant solo run, was compared to the great Maradona of Argentina and Napoli.
“It’s a little excessive!” stated Bellingham. The goal was admirable. Based on what I’ve watched on documentaries and YouTube, his quality was either far higher than mine. All I’m attempting to do is lend a Jude perspective.

When questioned about Bellingham, coach Carlo Ancelotti remarked, “What’s surprising is he’s only 20.” Given his personality and character, he appears to be thirty years old. He knows what needs to be done and is constantly focused. It seems odd for a player who is only twenty years old. And then there’s his physical strength, which is a quality.
Naturally, everyone is surprised by it. It’s a little surprising.
After Vinicius’s hamstring injury kept him out of action for a month until last week, Bellingham and the Brazilian have only been able to play together in five games thus far.
Bellingham adjusts when Ancelotti says, “We ask Vinicius to find the position where he feels best, on the inside or the outside.” They work well together, in my opinion, and are really creative. We pose a threat when both of them are on the left.
