Despite waiting for a host of his international stars to return from playing for their countries, Mikel Arteta put the remainder of our men’s first-team squad through their paces at London Colney this afternoon, and you can see the best images in our gallery.

Having had 16 players called up, the boss brought in a number of our academy players to help supplement the session, which saw Jakub Kiwior take part in having finished his international commitments with Poland earlier in the week.

There was also a welcome sight of Mohamed Elneny back in action as he gets close to the end of his long injury lay-off, and you can see the Egyptian midfielder and the rest of his teammates in action below:
