Money was donated to Andre Onana’s mother’s Mengueme hometown. He agreed to a £20,000 weekly wage with Ajax in 2019. By investing in a power grid to supply Essoessam residents with electricity, Onana makes appropriate use of its funds.
In 1996, the goalie made it easier for Menguene residents to leave the dark and lessen their need on kerosene lamps. The Manchester United rookie’s philanthropic contributions are not limited to this one.
In order to educate African children and give them a basis for better education, Onana formed a personal foundation in 2016. The Manchester United player’s deeds support those who were harmed by the terrorist attack while also assisting countless children in getting access to medical care.
Samuel Eto’o, a former star for Barcelona, is partially responsible for Onana’s success. The Black Panther assisted the 14-year-old Cameroonian goalie when he arrived to La Masia.
Onana shared this on OmaSportsTV:
“I am extremely appreciative of what Eto’o has done for me from the foundation he has.”
In Catalan, things did not go well for Onana. FIFA punished Barcelona in 2014 for breaking the regulations for signing young international players.
This means that because they are unable to participate in any official matches for 18 months, the growth of young Barca players has stagnated.
