28-year-old Januzaj, who spent the second part of the previous season on loan at Turkish club Istanbul Basaksehir, is now back with LaLiga team Sevilla.
After missing Sevilla’s teams for the first four games of the season, Januzaj is yet to play for them upon his comeback.
According to the Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, José Mendilibar has no intentions for Januzaj in the future, and the team is eager to sell the player to earn money for a new defensive midfielder and center back.
According to the source, Januzaj’s next club could be Al-Tai because the Saudi club is actively arranging a transfer for the Belgian international.
Al-Tai finished eighth in the Saudi Pro League last year, and this year, with just one victory to their credit, they are in fourteenth place.
When he was playing for Manchester United, Januzaj was once considered as the next great thing. However, he could not fulfill his promise and was eventually traded to Real Sociedad in 2017.
Januzaj, who has 15 caps, has previously spent time with Borussia Dortmund and Sunderland. He was also a member of the Manchester United squad that captured the league’s most recent championship in 2013.
