Xavi Hernandez does not seem to have any intentions to start the season with Ansu Fati. Despite a strong preseason, he has not started any of Barcelona’s opening three LaLiga games.

There have been rumors that 20-year-old Fati may leave Barcelona this summer, but he reportedly has no interest in leaving and is ready to compete for his starting spot.

MD have stated that Fati is willing to leave Barcelona before the transfer market ends later this week, suggesting that he has acknowledged that his future there is dismal. His next club is uncertain, however rumors have him considering Chelsea, Tottenham, and Borussia Dortmund.

If Fati were to go, Barcelona may make a loan offer to Atletico Madrid for Joao Felix. It seems that the Portuguese relocation to Catalonia will really happen.

It remains to be seen how things pan out, but this seems to be a very busy week for Barcelona, both in terms of arrivals and departures.
