Liverpool has said that Mohamed Salah is not for sale, even though Al Ittihad is said to be interested.
The Saudi Pro League club is said to be putting together a huge deal for the Egyptian forward, which would include a contract that would pay him more than Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr.
This Is Anfield has heard, though, that Liverpool hasn’t been approached and would say no to any last-minute efforts to get their star player.
Salah just signed a new deal last summer, making him the highest-paid player in Liverpool’s history. This new contract runs until 2025.
The player’s agent, Ramy Abbas Issa, also took steps earlier this month to cut ties with Saudi Arabian teams.
He wrote, “If we had thought about leaving LFC this year, we wouldn’t have renewed the deal last summer. Mohamed is still loyal to LFC.”

Liverpool’s goal is still on adding players to their team before the transfer window closes, not on getting rid of players.
Jurgen Klopp said last week about the chance of more signings after Wataru Endo came in: “The window is open.” Until then, almost anything could happen.
“On outgoings, nothing will happen from my side, but I’ve learned a lot in this window.” Coming, we still have time, so let’s look and that’s what we’ll do.”
Salah scored his first goal of the season in Saturday’s 3-1 win over Bournemouth. In the 1-1 draw with Chelsea, he helped set up Luis Diaz with a beautiful pass.
During Liverpool’s five preseason matches, he set up seven goals and scored two himself.
