The residences — newly built in 2015 and labeled One Light Luxury — are located in the upscale Power and Light district.

The 25-story building is located in the center of Kansas City, making it a great place to visit local eateries, boutiques, performance venues, and nightlife events. Direct access to Cosentino’s grocery shop and finely curated concierge services are additional benefits.

Kelce, 33, has been living in the residence since 2018.
