On Thursday, Jack Grealish tweeted a number of summertime memories following his Champions League victory, including a rare photo with his girlfriend Sasha Attwood.

The 27-year-old Manchester City player cuddled up to the gorgeous model and influencer, who is also 27, as they took pictures with his mother and sister next to the trophy.

Jack went on an enormous drinking binge after winning the Champions League last month, having previously won the Premier League and the FA Cup, with a little break for two England games and a trip with girlfriend Sasha.

On his end-of-season vacation, he traveled to Ibiza twice, Las Vegas, Malta, and France, accruing as many air miles as he did cocktails.

He was standing next to Sasha, who was showing some leg in a white tiny dress, while wearing his sports gear in the picture.

Holding holding the cup, his mother Karen and his sister Holly, who was born with cerebral palsy, smiled proudly for the camera.

More pictures of Man City’s victory were also added in his album as he posed with a shirtless Erling Haaland after the win while holding the trophy in his uniform for another picture.

After Manchester City’s outstanding season, Jack has had a crazy summer.

On June 10, after City defeated Inter Milan to complete the Triple Crown, the celebrations in Istanbul began.

While still wearing his team uniform till six in the morning the next day, Jack led the celebrations not just at the Ataturk Stadium but also in the locker room, hotel, and on the streets.

He went on a nine-hour drive to Ibiza with some of his teammates while getting very little sleep, staying up all night at the Pasha nightclub.

Jack was so exhausted that a wheelchair was supplied to him so he could get to the departure gate faster before returning to Manchester for the victory parade on an open-top bus.

Once more, he was at the center of the festivities, chugging alcohol and drowning in it as some of his teammates, much to his chagrin, poured Champagne over his fabled curtains.
