Endo, who signed a four-year contract with the team, stated in his first interview with the organization: “I’m very happy right now and I’m so excited to join a big club in Liverpool.”

“This is my dream, and it feels incredible.” Playing in the Premier League and for one of the top teams in the world has always been a goal of mine. A dream of mine has come true.

Endo continued, “I’ll be playing at Anfield for the first time. I’m eager to perform in front of Liverpool supporters at Anfield.

I’m a bit more of a defensive player and I play as the No. 6 in the lineup. I believe I can contribute to this team’s defense and will be well-organized in the middle. I believe that is my responsibility.

“I am so thrilled to be a part of this club, and I look forward to meeting you at Anfield!”

Endo made 133 games for Stuttgart since joining the team from Sint Truiden, firstly on loan. He had less than a year left on his contract with Stuttgart.

Jorge Schmadtke, the head of sports at Liverpool, is familiar with the 30-year-old, who can also play center defender. Although his age has been questioned, Klopp has no such worries and claimed that he has been keeping tabs on Endo for some time.

He developed slowly. At his news conference before tomorrow’s match against Bournemouth, Klopp remarked, “He has progressed every year since he appeared on the proper football screen.

‘When he arrived in Europe, things were not so simple. He has played 50 games for Japan as of late, and I’m not sure how many for Stuttgart. He transforms into a true beast on the field. He had been visible on my screen for some time. Personally, I’m overjoyed about it. Let’s get to work now.

When asked if Endo will be able to make his Liverpool debut at Anfield on Saturday, Klopp remained evasive.

I’m not yet sure if he’ll be able to play tomorrow. We shall see,” Klopp continued.

The Reds were forced to look elsewhere for players since Caicedo and Lavia opted to sign with Premier League rival Chelsea rather than Liverpool.

Caicedo rejected the £111 million offer from Jurgen Klopp’s group in favor of relocating from Brighton to west London.

Klopp had to make purchases in the midfield after Fabinho and Jordan Henderson joined Al-Ittihad and Al-Ettifaq, respectively.

Although Liverpool added Dominik Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister this summer, they still don’t have a defensive midfielder, which Endo is expected to fill.
