🚨 Promising Update – New Liverpool Midfielder Wataru Endo Spotted After Successful Medical Tests 🔴

Wataru Endo, a midfielder for Stuttgart, has been given permission to go to England to talk about a transfer and get a physical checkup at Liverpool, said the club’s coach on Thursday.

Liverpool made a “good” financial offer for the 30-year-old player, who is the captain of Stuttgart and played in all four of Japan’s World Cup games last year, according to Stuttgart coach Sebastian Hoeness.

“It is true that the club has given Wataru permission to talk and also to get a medical check,” Hoeness said. “We’re talking about a 30-year-old whose contract ends in 10 months, so the financial package is good from the club’s point of view.”

Endo’s “dream” was to move to Liverpool, Hoeness said, and he hadn’t tried to change Endo’s mind. Endo has gone to England. He did not train Thursday at Stuttgart, and Hoeness said he is not likely to be with the team for the next game on Saturday.

Endo is a defensive player who can also play in the middle of the defense. He has played for Stuttgart since 2020. Last season, he scored five goals in 33 Bundesliga games as the club barely stayed out of the bottom two spots.
