The most recent picture shoot for the upcoming Adidas x Gucci collection features Adidas players Paul Pogba, Serge Gnabry, Jude Bellingham, and David Alaba.
The partnership between the world’s largest manufacturers of sportswear and high fashion was initially revealed to the general public in September of last year and will be accessible beginning on June 7. The broad selection of clothing is influenced by Gucci’s opulent craftsmanship and Adidas’ sporty tradition. The end effect is a vibrant, stylish ensemble with a hint of 1970s fashion.
The red and green stripes of Gucci, as well as the Italian fashion house’s monogram, are all present throughout the collection. The collection includes a broad variety of clothing items, such as bell bottoms, knit polo shirts, bucket hats, and the Adidas Gazelle in various colors, as well as knitted polo shirts.
Although numerous photographs have previously been made public, Adidas has chosen some of its best football players for the most recent advertising. As Lionel Messi or Mo Salah undoubtedly would have been if prestige in the footballing world had been the primary factor for selection, Pogba, Alaba, Bellingham, and Gnabry were reportedly viewed as the most stylish, fashionable, or marketable players for such a season. Jesse Lingard shouldn’t consider his exclusion to be another slight, I hope.
What do you think of Adidas’ season-long player picks? Which member of the Adidas team would you have opted for? In the comments, please.
