Liverpool forward ‘green lights’ immediate exit after club ‘approach’ PL giants to discuss huge transfer

Mohamed Salah, a forward for Liverpool, reportedly gave a Saudi Pro League team the “all clear” to talk about a transfer “this summer.”

Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, and Roberto Firmino have already left Liverpool for the Saudi Pro League, and now Alisson, a Brazilian international, is ‘wanted’ by Al Nassr of the Middle East, who are represented by Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane.

Another player whose transfer to Saudi Arabia has received significant media attention recently is Salah.

Hafez Al-Medlej, who has served in leadership positions with the Asian Football Confederation and the Saudi Pro League, urged Middle Eastern teams to try to recruit Salah back in June.

“Let’s hope Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva shows up. Mohamed Salah needs to be signed, too, because both Europe and the Arab world find him to be extremely popular.Salah, in my opinion, still has records to break with Liverpool, therefore if he doesn’t come now, I hope he will later.

Salah signed a contract extension with Liverpool last year, committing to the Premier League powerhouses through 2025. Ramy Abbas Issa, his agent, recently asserted on Twitter that the Egypt international is “committed” to the English team.

“We wouldn’t have renewed the contract last summer if we had been thinking about leaving LFC this year. Mohamed is still dedicated to LFC.

Salah has reportedly “given the go-ahead” for a Saudi Pro League team to “negotiate” with Liverpool, according to Qatari publication Alkass, who also stated via Twitter that he is eager to “play within the ranks of the federation during this current summer transfer period.”

Al-Ittihad, Fabinho’s new club, reportedly “approached Salah and Liverpool to explore the opportunity for his transfer,” according to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti.

Mo doesn’t object to the thought of traveling to Saudi Arabia, but out of the highest respect for his club, he will let Liverpool make the final decision. Teams are now in charge; discussions are open.

Salah’s departure from Jurgen Klopp’s team this summer “wouldn’t be considered,” according to Liverpool reporter Neil Jones, but “there might be a chance of a future move” to Saudi Arabia.

Liverpool would not, in my opinion, even consider letting Salah leave this summer. Salah isn’t looking to leave Liverpool right now, either, Jones said in a Caught Offside article.

Still, if Saudi Arabia does continue to attempt to grow its empire, I can see them seeing Salah, a well-known football player, as a huge signing for them. You’d think that would be high on their agenda.

So, based on my conversations with folks in Egypt in particular, I believe there may be a chance for a future migration, but definitely not this summer.

He is still driven to compete at the greatest level, win the Champions League, set records, contend for the Ballon d’Or, and the like. He is the center of the European game, and I believe there is more to come from him.
