Chelsea defender Axel Disasi is happy to score on his debut and feels they deserved to win against Liverpool.

Liverpool took the lead thanks to Luis Diaz after a brilliant pass from Mohamed Salah. Disasi was the equalizer for the Blues.

Since scoring the equalizer, Mauricio Pochettino’s men had dominated the game until 75 minutes. They had the opportunity to score more but the last ball or the finish was not good enough. .

 Disasi made an impressive debut for Chelsea.

Axel Disasi expressed his delight when he scored on his Chelsea debut and earned  the Blues a point against Liverpool: ” Yesterday Chilly [Ben Chilwell] told me I was going to score today so I’m very happy, very proud of the team because in the second half we played good football and I think we deserved to win.”

“I like being in the box when we attack. Today I had a chance to score so it was good for me and the team, I hope in the future I will score a lot of goals.”

Aside from a few nervous moments, especially in the first half, the former Monaco defender has adapted well and has begun to effectively command his area.
