With sufficient Financial Fair Play margin to facilitate these registrations, the reigning La Liga champions have successfully enlisted both Ronald Araujo and Ilkay Gundogan within the past day.

In the latest development, Sergi Roberto, Ez Abde, and Oriol Romeu have now joined the list of registered players, cementing their roles in the upcoming season.

Notably, Sergi Roberto, who has recently taken on the mantle of captaincy, inked a new contract earlier this year, a deal that had been eagerly awaited for its official registration.

In the case of Romeu, the midfielder’s return to his childhood club from Girona came at a price tag of approximately €4 million. As the preferred choice for the defensive midfielder position, his official registration is pivotal for FC Barcelona.

Meanwhile, Abde’s loan spell at Osasuna last season proved to be a fruitful experience, enhancing his skillset and making a positive impact.

Having displayed a strong performance during the preseason matches, and with Ousmane Dembele’s departure, Abde is poised to secure a spot in Xavi’s first-team lineup. The official registration has effectively put an end to any uncertainties about his future at the club.
